Someday my friend asked to me “What the meaning your name? Why?” Actually I did not answer a question from my friend at the time. I confused the meaning from my name before. So, I asked to my mom. Well, my name is Desri Fitriana. My mom told me that “Desri” has two meanings from my name. First, initial “D” it refers to name of my dad and “Sri” it refers to name of my mom. So, “Desri” is a combine names my mom and my dad. Then, “Fitriana” also has two meaning. First, because I was born five days before Idul Fitri came, so my mom attaches “Fitri” word in my name. And, “Ana” it refers to the last name my grandma. I think my name is combining from some names into one name.
I think my name is appropriate for me. Because, I have felt my name has a good sense, like I always feel for the next my name will being great name. I mean I will become a success person, if I have seen from my name. I do not why, but I always have felt like that. For your information, actually I have some nicknames. For example, Ria is a my special name for my family, because when I at home, my family members called me with Ria not Desri. But different in my collage and my school long time ago, all my friends called me with Desri. And the last my nickname is Abel. Yap, exactly you have confused with my last nickname, right? Actually Abel is not my real name. Yeah, Abel is a special name from my best friend and only some peoples who called me with that name. But, most of people called me with Desri. Actually I do not want to change my name, because I have felt comfort and proud of with my name, Desri Fitriana.
The picture aforementioned is a logo or symbol from me. Mirror! Yap, it is a mirror. Why I chosen that picture? Actually I am a person who love look in the mirror. I always bring my mirror everywhere and every time. I cannot live without my mirror. But the most important thing from a mirror is can be reflect everything what you want, included yourself. If it is a bad thing, you can make it right. But if it is a good thing, you can maintain it. So, in our live, we need a mirror for make our better, because with a mirror we can reflect our self. Well may i call you by a pretty girl who can't life without a mirror? that's you... your name actually comes from your family's name, for me it's not about name honey... but you also you raise their name on your shoulder. it means that you have a big responsible on that. when someone calls your name, it also they call your father, your mother, your grandma, your family... so when you get a pride you bring them so, and it applies when you get a dissapointment, them so.

Yah, sometimes I have a big responsible with my name. Because like you said before, when someone called my name, it also they called my parents and my family too. But, if you stranger for me, I think it doesn't happen, because you doesn't know with the meaning my name. But the most important thing that I proud of with my name itself. Mirror as a my symbol is a something that can be reflect our attitude from another person. How about your name Ewin?? Could you tell me why?? :))
